Why is it called ZERO, I hear you ask? It’s because:
Our ZERO range is a composite material insulated garden building you can quickly order and get installed. Plus, it will stand the test of time without any ongoing maintenance!
In a lot of ways, it’s the best of both worlds.
When it comes to garden buildings, from the humble shed to the grandest summer house, there are a lot of decisions to be made. Which is to say we know that the decision-making process around your garden building can be pretty extensive… and you might just want to skip right to the point.
That way, you can start enjoying your garden building a whole lot sooner, right?
But the gap between a bespoke creation and an ‘out of the box’ solution can be stark, and we know we wanted to design something that fit perfectly in that gap.
Enter ZERO - No planning permission, no complex designs, no worries about maintenance.
Our ZERO range is made from composite boards rather than timber, and fitted with an EDPM rubber roof.
This means we can achieve a virtually flat roof, allowing for more height inside the building for storage, hobbies or whatever you plan on using your garden room for.
There are lots of similarities between the two ranges. ZERO comes fully insulated with double-glazed windows and doors, as well as an electrical package so you can plug in whatever you need to – whether that’s tech, garden tools, sewing machines or anything you fancy!
It comes complete with flooring and the interior is painted so it’s ready to use straight away. Our goal with ZERO was always to ensure that it’s hassle-free without compromising on the style, quality and look of our garden buildings.
Timber is a material that delivers on both style and durability, which is why we’ve always maintained it’s the best possible option for garden buildings. But ZERO is a real competitor…
It’s contemporary, complete with an attractive side panel and decking for a stylish addition to any garden – it’s far from a straight off-the-shelf solution! With all the benefits of an off-the-shelf solution.
There are a few nifty features that mean ZERO doesn’t require planning permission.
One of our favourites is ZERO is 2.5m tall as standard, so is not an issue if it is within 2m of your boundary.
Thanks to technology in the floor and roof, much of that height can be gained inside without adding to the outer height from the ground – meaning you get the best of both worlds!
Oh, and aside from that, delivery and installation are included as standard… as they are with all of our garden buildings.
