From initial inquiry to the day of completion the service from Shields Buildings was first rate.
The build involved demolishing an existing shed and garage and replacing these with a studio and workshop. Shields took great care of the whole process. After a discussion and survey of our site by Shields we visited the show site to view their product range. The team were very helpful in making suggestions and improvements to our initial design and worked to save us money!
What’s more every member of the Shields team from concept to handing over keys have been a pleasure to deal with. We are delighted with the result. Five-star people, five-star product.

Excellent service from design to completion. Our carport and attached shed was designed to bespoke specifications to fit an existing hardstanding and sits beautifully on the site.

Can’t speak highly enough of this company. It has been a long process due to our house move being delayed, but Shields have been very supportive throughout. Paul and Harry were a great help during the design phase and during the process of applying for planning permission. The construction team (Mike, Neil and Rafal) were great – friendly, helpful and great craftsmen. Similarly, the electrical team. The end product is absolutely superb! If you are considering using Shields – do it! You won’t be disappointed.

What a great company and team. From the initial enquiry through to the completed building, everything went as planned and the quality of the completed building is exceptional. The building was a bespoke design with several exceptions and challenges, but Paul and Harry incorporated these into the design from the outset. Weeks later it was turned into reality by the diligent site team of Mike, Aaron, Neil and Raf ensuring everything was completed to a high standard.
