He’s written a really interesting article in the Telegraph about how to boost your house price, whether you’ve got as little as £1,000 or as much as £250k to spend.

 In his view, it’s all about the office pod:

“For £20,000 I think a good investment would be a pod office in your garden. More and more of my friends are building additional office space on their properties as we adapt to working from home. 

 In fact, working on Location, Location, Location over the last few years every couple we helped have asked for some sort of office space.”
