I’m not one to get carried away, but after the miserable weather of the past few weeks, it really does feel like summer is here.
Saturday was glorious, made even better by being up on Dartmoor, helping out with a fell running race – the views were stunning, the air was balmy, and I looked around and felt incredibly grateful to be there, especially as five-time Olympian, Jo Pavey joined us!
(Not to mention the fact that because I was helping, I didn’t have to run the thing!)
Anyway, with the summer breathing warm air down our necks, it’s time to look ahead to those summer months in the garden, and that’s exactly what we did on Sunday – bringing our summerhouse out of hibernation and firing up the BBQ.
And if you’re thinking about those summer months, and a garden building is on the cards, we really need to get a wriggle on – we’ll do everything we can to squeeze you in, but the order book continues to mount up at this time of year.
If you are thinking of a summerhouse, or any other garden building, one of the first questions to ask is whether you need planning permission or not.
And with that in mind, I thought I’d share our recent article on that subject – click here to read it now and discover everything you need to know about planning permission for your garden building.
