Chances are you don’t want to, but for just a few seconds cast your mind back to March 2020, when the first lockdown hit. The ‘work from home’ guidance came in almost overnight, with people scrabbling to put together home offices, find keyboards, mice and all the necessary tech.
Nearly two years later, and although many workers have gone back, for some, the working landscape has changed unalterably, with permanent work from home now pretty common.
And over the last 12 months or so, we’ve helped plenty of workers go from ‘kitchen table working’ to ‘purpose-built workspace’ with a garden office.
