- Double glazed and fully insulated in a choice of sizes from 3.5m x 3m, up to 7m x 3.5m
- Composite coloured external wall cladding, which won’t decay, or need painting or treating
- Rubber roof membrane with a 50-year life
- Low-energy lighting – LED down lights and mini lights that save on energy and add class and style
- 2.1m internal ceiling height, with an overall building height of 2.5m, staying within planning limitations
- Internal decorating with contemporary wall lining and flooring
