Step 1 – Site Visit
We will come to you to do a site visit. At this stage we can assess your property and the location of your proposed garden building. We want to make sure that we provide you with a quote for a timber building that is suitable for the space available and meets all your requirements. This can sometimes be a challenge, but with careful measuring and planning we can usually come up with a solution, as you can see in the photo below!
As all our buildings are custom made you can have exactly the size of building that you want and based on our vast experience we will help and advise you on all the options. Our service includes bespoke design, planning permission applications, site clearance and base work.
Step 2 – Quotation
Your personal quotation will be prepared based on all the discussions we have had with you regarding the size and the detailed specification of your building. The quotation will set out all you need to know about the timber building, accessories, the base, the price and terms of payment.
Step 3 – Technical Drawings
We will also provide a set of scale CAD drawings so you can see exactly what you are getting, including all the sizes and dimensions. Our customers often find this very useful in helping with their decision making process.
Step 4 – Construction
Your timber building will be custom made for you in our workshops here at de Bathe Farm by our team of experienced staff.
Step 5 – Communication
Once your Order has been placed we will be in regular contact with you to discuss the installation date and keep you advised on any variations.
Step 6 – Installation
We project manage your build and if you decide to prepare your own base we will work with you to make sure it is suitable, otherwise it will be provided for you as specified on your quotation.
Step 7 – After sales service
We are committed to supporting you all the way through the process, from initial enquiry to installation of your timber building and then aftercare support. All our products are guaranteed for 5 years, giving you complete peace of mind.
