Workshops & Sheds
Base
- Concrete block base and timber bearers included with all timber floors
Floor
- 18mm OSB board on 73 x 35mm joists at 400mm centres
Walls
- Sectional timber panels of redwood shiplap timber over a Tyvek breathable membrane
- All external timber treated with 2 coats of water proofer
Doors
- Single doors at 750mm or 900mm
- Double doors are also available, up to 2.4m wide
- Standard door height is 1.9m
- Security bolts are fitted as standard to hinges and locks
- High security ‘long throw’ door locks available
Windows
- Fixed or top hung opening, size 600mm x 750mm
Roofs
- Trusses are covered with 11mm sterling board, waterproof membrane and plastisol steel sheeting in a choice of colours (Cedar shingle, slate and synthetic slate also available)
- All roofs made in 1.2m wide sections for strength and easy dismantling in the future
Guttering
- Black uPVC rainwater goods are included
- Water butts available
External finish
- All timber used is pressure treated against rot. In addition, we apply two coats of water proofer to keep the weather out. Alternatively choose a painted finish
