Studios, Offices & Summerhouses
Base
- Concrete block base and timber bearers included with all timber floors
Floor
- 18mm hardwood ply or OSB base insulated with Celotex insulation and sheathed with 6mm ply
Walls
- Sectional timber panels of redwood shiplap timber over a Tyvek breathable membrane
- Eaves height of 2.13m – 2.25m
- Foil backed high grade Celotex insulation in the floor, walls and roof
Doors
- uPVC single or double doors and sliding doors in a range of colours
- All doors have double glazed Planitherm toughened glass or solid panels
Windows
- uPVC windows available in a range of sizes and colours
- Multi-point locking catches and trickle ventilators
- Sealed double glazed Planitherm units with Low E heat reflective 4mm glass
Roof
- Plastisol steel roofing in a choice of colours
- Cedar shingles, natural slate and synthetic slate options are also available
Insulation
- All floors, walls and ceilings are insulated with high grade Celotex insulation
Interior
Choose from
- Smooth MDF board
- Tongue and groove effect ‘Neatmatch’ MDF painted in emulsion
- Tongue and groove natural pine boarding
- The flooring is hardwood ply or OSB board for you to cover
- Upgrade to beautiful engineered real wood flooring in oak
Rainwater Goods
- uPVC half round gutter, down pipes and fittings included
- Water butts available
External finish
- All timber used is pressure treated against rot. In addition, we apply two coats of water proofer to keep the weather out. Alternatively choose a painted finish
