This is terrifying!

I can scarcely believe I’m typing this, but my daughter is 17 this week. It might sound cliched, but it really does seem like yesterday that I was holding her for the first time, and yet here we are, 17 years on, with zero holding taking place!

Of course, 17 isn’t just any old birthday, it’s the ‘driving one’, and I’ve been psyching myself up to sit in the passenger seat. My one ambition is to remain calm, so if you’ve got any words of wisdom on that front, I’d love to hear them.

Of course, when Ellie passes, there’s little doubt that she will want a car of her own, and she just so happens to know a man who can build her somewhere to store it!

We’ve had a lot of interest in our garages recently, and along with the rest of our display buildings they are available here for you to come and try out to your heart’s content. If you’ve got a teenager like we have, or you’re after a space where you can work or get away from it all, then why not come over and see us?
