The Christmas mediator

With Christmas just days away, it’s all go in the Shields household. Food shop prep, present wrapping, it will all happen in the next few days, but thanks to another development in the family, I fear I’ll be spending a lot of my time doing something rather less festive.

You see, Daughter Number Two passed her driving test this week.  First time, just like her sister. And with both of them home for the holidays, and one car between them, I’m predicting friction right off the bat.

Which means that among my hosting duties, I’ll also be playing the Christmas mediator – wish me luck!

On the buildings front, we’re open and available right up until Christmas Eve, and then the office will be closed until January 4^th.

However, if you fancy coming and having a look at the buildings, we’re open all the way through, with Christmas Day the one exception, so if you’ve got some spare time over the festive period and want to see the buildings in person, you’re very welcome!
