The events of this year have had huge impacts on our way of life, and perhaps one of the most striking changes has been the amount of 'stuff' we all buy online.

With the rise of eBay and Amazon, it’s never been easier to order something and get it shipped directly to you, and thanks to social distancing requirements this year (not to mention plenty of shops being shut), online ordering has gone through the roof.

For some products, ordering online is absolutely fine; for others, not so much, and timber garden buildings is one such example.

Yes, you can order a shed off the Internet, but doing so prevents you from ensuring it’s the right product for you before it gets dumped outside your house, left for you to assemble.

If you’re lucky, you can return it if it’s not right, but until then, you’re left with every component just sitting there, getting rained on.

We had a prospective customer in the other day, and he was bowled over at the quality of our buildings, which – in his words – “you can tell just by looking at them”.

Trouble is, when you’re looking at a screen, you’ll never really get the impact, which is why we strongly recommend that our customers visit us and see our display buildings.

They’re outside, social distancing is practised, and when you do see them up close and personal, you’ll be fully informed, and able to make a proper decision about the way forward.
