For lots of businesses, August is a quiet month.

Not for us.

 Not only does the promise of hot weather get more people out and about, but it’s also prime show season.

I love doing the shows – it’s amazing to get out and about, meet new people and spread the good name of Shields Buildings.

It was lovely to see some of our current customers and meet new ones at both Okehampton and Chagford Shows.  We’ve been attending both shows for a long time, and they have quite some history – the first show being held way back over 100 years ago.
