Not the most normal

What’s going on at the moment really is unprecedented, and unsurprisingly, I’ve had plenty of conversations with people over the last few days about working from home – I guess people are realising why so many people end up using a garden building to lock themselves away!

Anyway, I thought I’d just drop you a line to let you know what’s going on with us at the moment.

The kids are at home, so we’re keeping them busy – cooking, baking, cleaning and gardening; so much of the stuff that I want to do with them that life usually gets in the way of.

Oh, and we’re also spending some time teaching them how the business runs – Beth is planning to do Business Studies next year, so this is great preparation!

Speaking of the business, we’re cracking on while keeping safe and being careful.

Clearly, we’re unable to have visitors, but what we can do is offer video calls on WhatsApp and FaceTime, helping you to see the buildings and ask any questions without actually having to go anywhere.

Also, we’re able to offer online quotes – if you send a picture or video of your site, and where you want your building to go, we’ll do the rest, and put a quote together for you.

In our 29 years of trading, we’ve seen a lot, but we’ve never seen this. 

However, it’s fair to say that much like our buildings, we’ve weathered plenty of storms over the years, and that’s exactly what we plan to do with this one.
