As you’ll know by now, we’ve got an outdoor display site, where you can see examples of pretty much all the timber building types we offer.

And it’s a blessing and a curse.

On the positive, it’s outdoor, which means it doesn’t need to be staffed all the time, and people can come and look at the buildings whenever they want. But what’s slightly trickier is ensuring that if someone does just pop in, there’s someone they can talk to and get their questions answered.

It’s a bit more straightforward Monday to Friday 9-5, when people are in the office, but rather less simple at the weekend when fewer people work.

And of course, for some people, the idea of there not being any staff there breathing down their necks is a positive, rather than a negative.

Simply put, there’s no one size fits all solution, and nor should there be when you’re shopping for something like a timber garden building. Instead, what we can ensure is that you get the service you NEED:
