Mr B came to us with the aim of upgrading his existing concrete parking space to a carport that would protect his vehicles, together with a charging point for his electric car.
We designed the carport with an offset ridge, which makes it easy for solar panels to be added to it, allowing him to charge his electric car for free!
Overcoming Obstacles
Once the carport was hand crafted at our workshop, it was time to install on site; easier said than done thanks to the rather challenging sloping site.
Our team dug back into the bank, building up the front of the carport in order to make it level.
What Was Achieved
The delightful carport now houses Mr B’s vehicles, is already for the solar panels to provide electricity for the electric car in the form of solar energy and looks rather lovely too!
